It did not fit. The 2003-up motors have the cylinder straighter up so the 2001 380 would not fit. I am able to put a 300 cylinder on the 250 crankcase, but no need. The 250 will spin tires or wheelie and any speed, and climb any hill without bogging, so no need of more displacement.
