Main bearing stuck on crank

Anyone have any ideas on how I can get the main bearing off the crank and still save the bearing?

Anyone have any ideas on how I can get the main bearing off the crank and still save the bearing?

Doing a bottom end and saving the bearings? I say that while your down there replace anything that you can, bearings included. Any cruddy bearings should be replaced and repacked with a whole lot of Greece. To get that bearing, I recommend heat (in form of a blowtorch or an oven), or maybe some type of lubricant spray. Hopefully getting it off wont destroy the bearing, but good luck.

A bearing separator and puller are ussualy used.stator side bearing probably?
Like mentioned if that far into it . it's a good idea to change the bearings and seals
