I have been having issues with my clutch slipping on my 06 blaster so I got a tusk clutch set off of (EBay) and figured while I was at it get a Hinson clutch basket and new inner basket after installing the basket and inner hub I went to put the new clutch pack in and they won’t fit , measured with a micrometer and appears the opening is 13.997 and the fiber tine is 13.998 , I have been pulling my hair out wondering what I can do to remedy this very expensive mod ??? Hinson just said it could be bent but I was very delicate with the new basket , I was very agitated at this point and was able to slide the burnt old pack on the Hinson clutch so I know it’s. Not far off , any advise or anyone ever experienced this ??

I talked to ken o Connor today and he told me that oem plates would be the only ones to fit the Hinson basket he also knew instantly tusk wouldn’t work with Hinson , I’m learning more the deeper I go thanks for the help friend!!
