Axle carriers

the schematic you posted above is for pre 03 axles/brakes, I could tell right away by the rubber seals on both sides of the brake disc
03+ the inner lip of the hub goes into the bearing seal and I forget if it uses an outer seal at all ?
look up 03-06 schematic, I think you just need the disc and hub, maybe an outer seal
the new tusk axle will have the rest
I’m going to stay in the 2000 I already have my break disk and everything assembled , I’ll stick with the same 2000 year carrier for my breaks and less headache on the axle .. I should be good to go correct ?

a used banshee brake disc/hub will work too, check ebay

Yep, if you stick with all your current 2000 stock parts, the Tusk axle has the parts to fit.

and BTW.... the rear bolt on parts aren't the headache when converting to hydro brakes, they all just swap on, mounting the master cylinder and extended pedal so they work together correctly are when the headache happens.

the axle came in I’m getting confused on the brake hub I know the small spacer / inner spacer goes facing out to connect the seal , but what about the large spacer ? The large spacer doesn’t sit on the splines and mine will need the c lock to lock it in just which way does it go in or out ?? I thought it was suppose to go out but I don’t want to mess up like you said .. here’s a pic of the large space going in .
