Bolt in Swing arm extensions?

Has anyone used this style of swing arm extension?? Thoughts/opinions?

Well me test fitting the extension turned into me removing all of the worn swing arm bearings. Now I’m at a point of.. do I buy a new extended swing arm or just new bearings? Ugh, it’s turning into a restoration project again
