First Blaster 1990

I’ll have to keep looking then thanks !! If you know any kind of carb I can use gimme a link! Don’t want used tors crap.
If you can find an oem carb .just shat can the tors brick on top. They sell a kit. New cable and carb top. Drill a hole for the idle scew. And done.
The stock carb just has all the right internal parts that are setup for the blaster motor. Making jetting a breeze.
Some Other carbs like the one you were looking at slides wrong, needle and needle jet are wrong

Can you provide a link to a genuine carb for a trustworthy source? I don’t have the tors now so I’d use the same cap and cable.

Still can’t find anything ? I even posted on here in wanted and nothing...

And also I brought my swinger arm and axel down for axel bearings and the Yamaha dealer near me said they couldn’t get it off either. N they ended up damaging my threads. Pretty bummed out.

Can the treads be chased? Its rusted/corroded on pretty good then .did you try heating the sprocket hub and pressing it. You have to work fast before heat transfers to axle. And they are both. Expanded.
Someone local. To me has a carb and some other blaster parts for sale cheap.
Don't know if they are still available?

Probably can be chased. Just wasn’t a expense I was anticipating. Lol turned out to be a bigger project than expected. But I would rather do it right then not. Please Sly let me know if you find anything.

How bad did threads. And what threads? For the sprocket?

So I took my swinger to the shop and they couldn’t get my sprocket hub off. Never have seen it before. Oh and it’s just my luck. I need a new carrier, sprocket hub and axel. Be less painful than dealing with it for another week. I just wanna ride. What do y’all recommend that I buy? I can’t use my sprocket or hub or carrier or axel anymore. F*ck. Thanks for the helpful tips you guys! It’s slowly coming to shape. My engine will be done soon.Threads can be fixed. Sprocket hub is frozen on. Tried everything. I need a list of parts to buy.

There are some people selling parts on here.
Maybe you can just get a complete axle carrier with axle? If bearings are good?bolt it on and rip

Made a easier choice. Seller looked decent. Had good reviews. I’m also getting a shee carb from a friend. I know I’ll have to re jet and I am getting the carb w the choke.

You’ll have to jet it and DEFINITELY have to change the needle. Also the float level is slightly different.
You MUST plug the port for the choke crossover tube.

Looks good. You find a rotor setup too?
Didn't see it on your list.

I was able to get my rotor off I can still use that one. Also I do have a twist throttle. Can I buy a regular throttle cable or does it need to be twist throttle specific. Also about the carb should I just buy a rebuild kit for blaster and should work w in the shees carb?

Nvm I ordered a new cable through motion pro, axle and etc has shipped. Picking up engine tomorrow. Kind of nervous about the shee carb. Is it something I can do easily? I found a blaster carb on eBay but it’s 199$ kind of a lot. Need opinions on this ! Thanks

$199 ?
Should be threads on how to do this, the search function on here works great ! A carb clean thread would show everything
