so I got a blaster on trade and the blaster had been setting next to this guys shop for a few years. He had no clue if it ran or not. He took it In On trade and never was able to get it running so he pushed it to the side and wrote it off. I got the thing running In a couple hours and rode it around. Any way after 2 days the top end decided to give up on life and blew up. Well I took the motor out and tore it down to see how bad it was, piston had chunks taken out of it. So after I figured out what I was working with I went to a guy that's a 2stroke whisper and he said the whole motor was wore out. So here's the good part. He had a 3mil stroker crank brand new in the box setting on the shelf collecting dust and sold it to me for 75.00. Well I got about 300.00 worth of block machining do e to clearance the crank. I also put a big bore top end kit. I dont know how to figure out what cc the engine is now but I'm here to tell you, this bike is a little torque monster. I finished installing everything Wednesday, done 4 heat cycles and rode 1 tank of fuel at 1/2 throttle. And now its on like donkey kong, I can be cruising i. 4th gear, hit the throttle and pull the wheels up like in in 2nd. Its banannas. I figured it all up and I'm Into the build for just under 1000.00 and that also included going through the transmission making sure everything is good and tight.. theres not even 1/2 of a inch play in the clutch. And boy will it scream. Id post some pictures but it won't let me.

make sure to resize the pictures to under 1mb. there are free image resizers online. I would love to see a video of this little monster as well if you feel like tossing one up somewhere leave the link so we can check it out.

sweet. I remember you posted before. It payed off didn't it. You have to resize the pics.just download a free app.

I got super lucky, I was talking to a buddy of mine about this blaster when I blew the top end and he let me in on A little secret, there is a gentleman that lives about 20 min south of me who is a 2 stroke God. He does the Enduro motorcycles. I think that is correct. Its the bikes with no seats and they jump up on Big ole rocks and different obstacles with out putting their feet on The ground, anyway I eased down. To where he stays and sweet talked him into helping me out on This build and with a little liquid encouragement I brought for him He was all to willing to help. He is the one that had the stroker crank just setting on the shelf. He said he was trying to make a Frankenstein motor to go into a bike. Well he scrapped that plan and it worked out in my favor.. so... I have all new reeds, mukuni carb, all new seals and gaskets, big bore top end and stroker crank 3mm. It has 3" spacers all around, front rims are flipped backwards, top of the breather box was previously cut. Rear fenders chopped front fenders were chopped so short there literally was nothing there so I just removed them totally.. its a freaking rocket. It still has the stock exhaust except I pulled the baffling out and closed it back up. It has no breaks! I repeat none what so ever. Everything is there but none of it works. Thats my next project on it, that and tires. Slime is the only thing keeping them up. I think I am fixing to go play around with my tubing bender and make some kind of front bumper and make a rear grab bar. This bike was stripped to bare bones for racing if I had to guess. Oh, I also had to build me a seat. Only a thin Shapped peice of plastic was there. No foam or cover so I put my own little flare on It. If I can figure out how to do the resizing thing I will add a bunch of photos of the before and after. I do good just being able to post on Here. Im not savy with this stuff.
