Kx125 complete rebuild

:D It was a 1993. It only had 4000 miles when I bought it off the original owner. I put 1000 miles on it and then sold it after re-doing the entire wiring harness
She was bright

just have to put oil. In .bleed it set oil height. And instal spring and rods.and button it up. They are done and on the bike.and tested. Probably going to adjust compression 2 clicks softer and try again.

There is something oddly satisfying about rebuilding forks.

Suspension is key on these. Good suspension can make you a faster rider. It still has stock valveing. As far as i know. Nice smooth ride now.
Used the syring tool . works good.

Motion Pro Level Tool?
No it was the tusk oil level tool. Basically the same. Bought the tusk bushing/seal driver also. That thing works great.Better than pvc. They were done in no time.then the mandatory test ride:D.

I would do anything to get a nice KDX220...or 200...or 250. Shoot, I'd just like a KDX.
Im really starting to lean that way.rode a yz250f. For awhile great bike. But. It's something about the 2t that I have a hard time giving them up.

I totally agree. I miss my '92 YZ250, but I don't miss how much of a mess it was.
I've been looking at getting one of the GPX Moto TSE250R's. It's a Chinese bike (not made with Coronavirus) that people have been claiming its "a modern KDX." That's about the best praise you can give ANY bike.

But can you get parts. It's hard to beat Japanese durability .
