so I just re assembled my 93 blaster and I cannot dis engage the clutch,
I lined up the inside adjustment horizontal to the engine like you are supposed to and my lever has a nickel worth of slack but it will not disengage the engine when I pull the lever.

Before you mention grooving on the clutch basket - I filed them all out so it is nice and smooth

new clutch disks ? soaked in the oil you plan to use overnight before installation ?

cable bracket on engine correct ?

actuator actually pushing on the rods ? and you can see the pressure plate push out ?

Ball bearing between the internal rods, and not welded to one of them ?

pointer aligned with notch on case ?
full

Yeah it’s a yes for all of that, not sure what else to do

I figured out the problem. I was missing the spring washer that goes on the shaft first, and the nut was over tightened so the inner clutch was not able to move freely from the outer clutch at all
