so I was working on my blaster and I put new clutch springs in bc I was missing one. Now, the clutch is stiff as hell and it’s not releasing at all, just barely moving. I tried adjusting the cable, but it didn’t help. Please help me!

you align the dots ?

So, you've read the manual, done EVERYTHING exactly how it says to?
Is the push rod ball in place? (Little BB)

Yeah, I didn’t have the correct one, so I took one out of a bike rear sprocket bearing, and that fit. I thought it fell out, and I put another one in. They are a tiny bit smaller than the real one, and there may be 2 in there, so maybe they are jamming against each Other?

also, does the smooth silver one go on the outside, or the friction plate on the outside of the back and front?

Friction plate then smooth plate ya just follow this patern till there all in friction smooth friction smooth should end up with friction plate on inside and outside

It was because I had 2 ball bearings in it and they were jamming so I took one out and did the clutch plates and it worked. Thank you guys so much!

Glad yer running again have fun

It runs and drives, but I have clutch slip as soon as the powerbamd hits. The plates looked fine, but when I put it together there was a friction plate that had a bigger diameter on the inside of it. Would this be causing my clutch slip if it’s not in the proper place? Also, where does it go?

Sounds like its worn might wana order a new clutch always put the clutch back togeather the way it came out so the ware is same so for future refrence next time lay yer clutch out so ya can go back in with it in same order it came out

Sounds like you still have a stock clutch. It has an odd plate (or two, I forget)

The odd plates should go in correct position.
