I guess I’m an idiot when it comes to handlebars, but why is it so difficult for aftermarket people to make the exact same-size handlebars as OEM?
There are a million options out there except bars that fit the machine as it is. I hear most have too short of a control length to fit all of the OEM components on there. Don’t need ape hangers, drag bars, or bars that require more parts to work.
My son has a 2002 bone-stock Blaster and likes the bars as they were before they became bent. Does anyone know a set of bars that works with the original thumber, TORS, etc?

I called them yesterday and was told “they aren’t the same as stock. You’ll just have to try them and return it if they don’t fit.” Not a game I’m willing to play at the moment.

The link for the trailtech bars mentioned in other threads is dead and I can’t find anything on their website, so I guess they don’t make bars anymore.

I just went to a shop and dropped $20 on a Fly Racing carbon steel ATV-bend handlebar. Things were a little snug, but it works fine. Thanks for the replies.

Any opportunities via ATV salvage or second hand from eBay? If not reproduced affordably, that may be a solution. Part outs seem to be pretty abundant on a couple different sites and this one included!
