Bought it last weekend, when I checked it out it always started first kick, took it out ran it up and down the Sands then parked it in the garage. Went out 2 days ago started up fine, went out today wouldn't start. I changed spark plug still nothing, took spark plug against frame has spark has compression has gas (smells like gas when I smell spark plug). Oil in crank case, Im really at a loss lady's and germs.

Couple quick tests you can try:

1. Spray a little starting fluid in the carb. If it starts, you know it's a carb issue.

2. Can you pull start it?

3. Any owner of OHV should have these pieces of equipment laying around: Compression tester, clymers, and a leak tester.

An engine needs 3 things to run:

Fuel
Compression
Air

Make sure you have those 3 things and get back to us.

I sprayed started fluid in carb, nothing, then went WOT and it started then wouldn't idle and died.

If it's getting spark it may be a plug gap or a fuel delivery issue. Try cleaning the carb or remove the air filter and spray carb cleaner directly into the back of the carb and see if it fires. Also, if you do take the carb off to clean it, I would check your reeds as well.

Sprayed the cleaner as well it's gapped at .30, I might get a new carb and air filter cause the air filter is pretty black.

If you can see the spark, then you can eliminate 1 of the 3 needs. If the filter is dirty, take it off and try to start it.

Have you tested to confirm it's toast?

Well basically I turned the idler everything ran fine, turned it off turned it back on and it would just bog at anything more than idle. I pulled the cover and the piston was filthy with carbon but the cylinder walls were not bad at all. Piston can be pushed down with my fingers and also turned ever so slightly clock wise and c-clock wise. So either the idler is busted or top end.
