Aluminum Stator Cover yamaha blaster For Sale!

Right now i have 2 covers that are not finished. I will let you know when i get one finished. I havent had much time to work on any, i will dig them out and get them finished!

Very nice looking covers and hand made. :O I get my mate to CNC cut ll my aluminum stuff. What would it cost to ship to New Zealand? Thanks

Your cover is finished, But you have showed a interest in frame guards so im working on a idea for a affordable frame guards that can offset the expensive shipping price to New Zealand!
Its like $45.00 for shipping to New Zealand!

The customer was supposed to supply the plastic they wanted, what was 3/32 thick. Some type of lexan Polycarbonate.

The plastic they sent me was 3/16!! wow!!

I made the stator cover 1/16 taller, thinking i was getting 3/32 plastic!!!!

The 3/16 thick plastic is CLOSE!

If you want to see how much room you have under you stator cover then put some play-doh or puddy on the end of you crank flywheel nut, then bolt on the stator cover. Remove the cover and see how thick the play-doh or puddy is. It will probably be about 5/32.

If you need to add height then you can make a 1/16 thick gasket to go between the stator cover and case.

If you want to try to do it to your cover then just PM me and i can answer any questions!

Looks mint. Just one question. Anyone sprayed zinc or a paint on there lightened flywheel? Thinking that the machined part will rust easy.
