I contacted them and they wanted pics so i gave them the link to this thread, they said that it looked like the one for a Banshee, they will be sending me out a new one Monday and i guess i get to keep this one

Thats way wrong. Whats the width on the bars before the bend? Is that the right width? if so maybe you can remove the bend part and drill new holes. I did it on my grab bar. See here: http://www.blasterforum.com/threads/my-1st-blaster.63213/page-2 1/2 way down page. I removed 60mm of the bracket as I wanted the grab bar closer to the bike.

OK, yeah, I went to your page and found a blaster overhaul, only stock parts I recall seeing was the frame, rear carrier and some brake parts....lol, I thought about just buying a Banshee frame and just add parts when I get the $$$$ instead of paying 2k for one just to strip off all the factory parts and install custom, cheaper that way kinda.
By the way, nice work, I share your passion but not your wallet :) def. watching to see the completed project

well, got the right bumper today, went to bolt it on and couldnt tighten it down, bolts are about 1/4" too long and stop at the inner frame so either I buy shorter bolts or I stack washers.....lol, its like test fitting at the factory isnt a standard practice anymore and im inconvenienced again but on a lighter note they did send me a call tag to send the other one back to them
