Well, what can I say about Ken? Should I go on and on about how AWESOME he is to deal with? Or do I include how OUTSTANDING his customer support is? Well, the real answer is, I cant say enough great things about him! I sent him my cylinder back in August. I was just getting it bored, nothing fancy, but thats not the point. I literally shipped the cylinder the day before I hopped on a plane to go 5 hours away to an island called Aruba. Pretty dumb of me, because Ken called me 3 times while I was there, but my phone was back in New Jersey. So I couldn't be there to answer the calls and talk with him. When I got back from Aruba, I listened to the voicemails and he told me that he needed a piston in order to bore it. Now, at the time, I was still sort of a noobie with all this engine stuff, or else I would have known that he needed a piston. So now I had to save up every little penny I had to buy a piston. 3 Months later, I finally gathered enough and ordered the piston (thanks awk!!!). Now, before I go on, do you realize that during those 3 months I made Ken wait to do such a simple job, and he didn't mind at all. I contacted him a few times in between just to keep him updated and his response was a simple, laid back, "No big deal boss". He could of told me that I was just another one of those snotty ass kids that just wastes peoples time, because thats actually what I was doing. Anyway, I sent the piston to Ken, he let me know I got it and said it would be finished by the following week. Tuesday I get an email saying that my cylinder was finished and he needed $15 to ship it back. So I go into my PayPal account and find there to be $12.06 in my balance. Didn't know how I would come up with the money but luckily 245stroker was generous enough to send me a heaping $5! And he told me that all he needed in return was a video of the engine running! (THANKS DUDE) SO NOW, I send the money over on Wednesday, the next day Ken emails me, "Got the payment, Shipping it today". TALK ABOUT FAST HANDLING TIME!!!!!! And what do you know, 2 days later and the FedEx woman drops it off on my door step!

KEN OCONNOR FOR PRESIDENT I:I

ken oconnor rocks! i sent him my motor before i deployed for 6 mos and he had his hands full with it, even deployed he kept me posted on what he was doing to it and what had been done, what he needed after he tore it apart and found some minor issues that were not forseen due to the engine being a broken ebay engine i got for 100 bux, but it was a sleeved 240 so i was ok with it, he resleeved it and did a lot of other work to it, all i can say is ken rocks, he hooked up the price and the work he did was phenomenal, this is my 2nd engine from ken and he never misses a step and never skips a beat when it comes to customer satisfaction!! when i got back off of my 6 mos deployment and he said he would have it to me in a couple weeks because i told him there was no rush due to the bike not being ready for the motor. any problem i ran into he had more than 1 solution for, ken oconnor does not cut corners of any sort...ken will always get any atv motor i ever have or want work done to. he destroys the competition on pricing and how he treats his customers.

I live in Alaska. Not doing any racing just mobbing around. I bought a 150 dollar blaster with a cracked case around shift shaft. I bought a new case. The bearing to crankshaft was seized at bearing to connecting rod. I am now in process of buying stock cylinder and head to be bored and ported from Ken O'Conner I also bought a crankshaft and misc. Other parts from him. I've had five other blasters and have made my decision to use him from user reviews on here in at 796 so far and should be done after buying an exhaust system. I'm thinking shearer but whats recommended I Will also be getting v-force 4

What type of riding do you plan on doing? Or more specifically ,, do you favor top or bottom end ? Stock carb?

Btw: you are going to be very pleased when you get your cyl and parts back.. I am assuming you are getting a rechambered head also?

I like top end and stock carb. I believe the head will be rechambered. The invoice says modify head.
