I have snapped the left side caseing wear it seals on to gear shaft is it just a easy change

The next thing to consider is why did the chain break the case.

Are the sprockets worn out?

Is the chain worn out?

Was the chain too slack?

The above things need to be rectified now, otherwise you may need to do the whole repair job again the next time you ride.

Chains come off for a good reason, usually from inadequate maintainence or excessive wear.

The chain was realy slak mate all tightend up now a little bit late dough

Was the reason for the chain being slack, a slack rider, or are the components worn out.

Slack chains are usually because they or the sprockets wear out.

If the chain or sprockets are well worn and you just adjust the chain to compensate, then you stand a good chance of the chain breaking as it tries to continually fit itself to differing dimensions of sprocket pitch.

Chain tension is 30 to 40mm play with the rider sitting on the bike, no more, no less.

After adjusting, observe the chain when you push the bike forward, if it loosens and tightens then the chain and both sprockets need replacement.

Everything sproket wise is sound chain is bang on it was just down to not keeping up with maintenance

I just had the same sh*t happen to me, my blaster has been at my buddies house for a few months an his uncle rode it an chain came off breaking case at same spot, he got me a case an im fixing it, i ordered new crank, main bearings, seals an gaskets, there was no sense in splitting the cases an putting old worn parts back in it, i got about 200 bucks into the parts well worth the time an money for the piece of mind thats it all fresh an will be good for a long time now. Just my opinion

I see that you are, and you post in others as well.

Who is to know what you post, and where you post, if you post like a crazy mans excrement (all over the place).

Please confine all your postings to one thread, preferably the one that is started by you!

We are here to help, but you make it hard for us to do, as we have to chase you all over BF to find your replies.

Personally I do not have neither the time or inclination to do that anymore.

Post here only, and help will be forthcoming.
