I am deleted T.O.R.S and my parking brake on my 2003 Blaster. As you guys know that leaves me with an ugly clutch perch. I ordered a new clutch lever and perch. But I haven't been able to find a matching brake lever.
I ordered: NEW Yamaha Blaster 200 shorty clutch lever and perch assembly YFS200 BLACK | eBay but I have not been able to find the brake lever to match. I also called the seller, He suggested to swap my brake master cylinder with that of a 300/400ex and buy the brake lever for that, which he sells.

I own a 300ex that I can swap the master cylinders with, even though I really don't want to. Are there any troubles that I might encounter, or is this a "try it and see" issue?

All help is appreciated, Thank you guys in advance.

I was checking it out last night, the Blaster master has a lower and wider reservoir than the 300. Like you stated I am going to just try it. I ordered a rebuild kit, and when it arrives then Ill swap everything and hopefully I am good to go.

I bought them for my blasty build... still in progress. But I ended up installing the clutch side on my raptor 660. And for 20 bucks its sure the best cheap lever I've used. Defiantly feels better than stock!

Well I have installed my shorty clutch lever. All that I have to say is.......WHY THE F*** CANT I FIND A BRAKE LEVER!!!!!! But seriously I love my clutch lever. There Is no increase in force required to pull it what so ever, and I dont smash my fingers from time to time when I clutch with 1 or 2 fingers.

Going off of the clutch lever, I have a blaster and a trx450r with the magura hydraulic clutch. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a steady easy clutch pull that has no fatigue what so ever. I don't know why you guys are putting different levers on the blaster cause they are already an easy pull, is it to reduce the length of the lever? Let me know, but as far as hydraulic clutches go, magura is a great product to look at. I:I

i have a 1999 blaster and i had a shorty lever on my clutch. Within 3 weeks of having it on my clutch cable broke. just to give you a heads up that it could happen.

it may not have been the lever's fault for breaking your cable...

my brother snapped 4 cables with the stock lever.
check for burrs or sharp edges where the cable will touch in the lever, thats usually the problem if its the lever breaking them
