kx250 blaster build!!

like i said i wasnt and am not trying to be a dick, id just had to see another person go threw the same frustrations my good friend did with his, and still is... 20 minutes on the ice and it cracked the welds a few weeks ago, your gonna have to add bracing and even add cross supports for the motor mounts, like make the front moint Y to meet the frame at 2 points to help dispures the stress

no your not being a dick at all i totally get what your saying at and it really helps, im going up tomorrow for a few hours so i might fab up some supports for the frame. Thanks for all the help!!

Hit a brick wall with the build. I was getting all the wiring sorted and put on got that all done just kicked it over to see if it sparked, no spark filled around a bit then it sparks for about a second then suddenly stopped ( this is still while its spinning) now wont spark, dissconnect and reconnect the wires did the same thing over and over again so i have checked everything nothing is bad no bad connections nothing, any ideas or help??

Yeah, its deffo not the stator as it producing a good amount of power, rewired everything sparkplug is good just going to go do some more

ok so i havent posted anything in like years..found out the wires had been completely wired up wrong by the previous owners and she now fires up perfectly everything, the quad its self is now finished apart from i need new clutch plates and new radiators it is in full working order, ohh and it needs smartening up and stuff but it works!!! will upload some photos soon

atm i havent just because i need to see if it was working but i will..and it held up fine for half an hour no cracks of anything and it was vibraiting like biotch

Steeda 122-9-8121-R Steeda Heavy Duty Swaybar Endlinks

I have seen many times how to make a rubber isolation mount using
whatever, and in this case i would suggest going to the autozone and getting some swaybar endlink bushing from polyperformance, every store aroound here has
about the same thing on the shelf autozone, napa, oreillys, pepboys,
There for the K1500 series chevy trucks 20$$ and there about the right size, mount them in a tube like the front A-arms between the motor and frame...comes with bushings bolts sleeves nuts and all....
