welcome to the site...that is a sick swap but IMO its gonna worthless other that in a straight line..youl never be able to open it up in the woods....but yb200 extends swingarms for around 125-150...get ahold of him im sure he can hook you up....

After all the bs with yb200 on here and what wAs said about is work, your going to promote his work to the new guy. Your tripping.

Ok here are the vids.. I haven't taken the time to rename them yet. I'm around 6'4 so it looks like I belong in super mario kart.. but that aside...

The way I see it, it's like smoking.. it's a choice we make that might or might not kill us. Smart or not, it's a choice. There was a multi-state study on the use of helmets laws. They found that states that force a helmet law had more deadly crashes than states that just made you have better training before you were allowed to ride. I have been riding bikes and atvs for 20 years.. would me handing a kid a helmet and my 50hp blaster keep him just as safe as me? ...should the laws be forced at the cause or the effect of crashes? Me not protecting my head effects my outcome in a crash.. someone being a total moron can effect themselves and people around them.

There are variables that can't be controlled also, I am by no means trying to parent you, like we all arnt haha, but i know they hjave saved my life multiple times, crashes happen, but that is one sick build man

To Do/Fix List:

-The pods worked pretty well for how much mud/water I was in.. But I was driving too fast and hit some deeper water and lost a cylinder due to to sucking in some water. It cleared up, but I will need to build an airbox. I'm not sure if I should build a box to protect the pods from getting a direct splash or if I should make a plenum for the back of the carbs then pipe it into the stock airbox (using a larger tube/filter)

-The wiring has to go... I wired the ATV like a motorcycle... it lasted only one full day before water started to effect it. Anyone know where to buy good water tight type plugs with o-rings?

-I need to lower my gearing. Current setup is 16 front, 40 rear. Due to the size of my chain I will be limited on what I can run without buying another chain. I ordered a 15 front and 41 rear.. I hope they fit.

-Front wheel spacers... rubber tires do not like rubbing on hot headers.

I would say a "splash guard" type air box. You're going to have a turbulance problem if you try a real airbox... factory bike manufacturers have been playing with airboxes as long as there have been motorcycles. You have enough trouble with turbulance with simply pod filters, don't need to add any more to it.

Motormite makes weatherpak type connectors... they're expensive and not every store sells them but they do make them.

I found these doing a quick search, they're similar to what I've used before and look very professional and wouldn't break the bank too bad for the handful of connectors you're going to need.

Waterproof Cable to Cable Electrical Connectors

Do you think I should just add some plates to deflect the water? or try and make a whole box around the pods?

as long as you're just splashin and not swimmin i think plates would work fine. well.......... i did suck in enough water to ruin my big end rod bearing with a stock airbox, drilled with no lid just splashin. so maybe my advice might suck
