ok all of you DT 200 swappers out there, do you have a wiring diagram of the DT200? im confused by the massive amounts of wires, my DT 200 should be here within a week from our neighbor to the north

next thing, coil, can i use the stock blaster coil? seems to be the same unit between the 2 (my definition of the coil is what the box between the stator and the spark plug)

CDI, this will be a race bike only, i only want my kill switch on my handle bars and the tether switch, why cant i use just the blaster CDI? or can i?

I would think you could , But I think the biggest diference is the dt motor has wiring for a battery and maybe a rectifer to charge the battery out of the stator cover. chase harness should have wires for turn signals to. not sure if any of this will help ya.

welp, i found the answer to one of my questions, i have to use the DT CDI, the blaster is timed differently and uses a different type of ignition

Lots of Banshee guys who have done the RZ350 swap run a battery eliminator set-up. I'm researching it now, and will pm you.

yes

Years ago, in 2001 or 2002, Dirt817 from bluetraxx.com actually used a rz350 diagram to build his DT/YFS harness.

If you don't want the added benefit of the powervalve ypvs system you can just pin the powervalve and use the blaster stator, and electronics... redline is running his like this but it's got a mean port job and punched out to 240.

so far, i have everything but a working power valve servo motor

i tried looking for an RZ servo motor and they dont sell them anymore either (yamaha OEM)

ugh, i wonder how im gonna get one? i have an actual servo motor, its just seized, can it be rebuilt?

ehh, i want the power valve, ive riden on many motors with them and theres no substitute

Does anyone know if the dt125r servo motor will work on the dt200r it might sound like a dumb question but I'm only new to dt200rs so thought I would ask

I dont think there is a electo servo on a dt125r at all. From what im thinkin noww I w as s sure the dt125used a mechanical powervalve?¿??¿ I could be wrong , the 125and 200 use totalu differwnt motors
