yeah thats the 06 ttr50 project, i swapped the motor out with a 110cc sunl motor from a mini quad the motor bolted right in for 2 of the mounts, i just have to make a pair of bracket hanger mounts for the top motor mount, and for the rear motor bracket mount i have to use some hallow pipe and make some spacers to center the mtor in the chassis, aswell as i am running the wiring harness and componets, as well as making a battery box and abracket for the foot pegs, i also swapped out the rear shock with a stiffer rear shock from the 110cc quad, and for the hm 50 i have theswing arm off and ready to paint, ive painted the the bar clamps, sprockets, engine brackets, brake lever, kick starter, pertch ect.. flat black and i polished up the cases and fins on he cyclinder and head

yeah it will be a fun project i think i am going to make a mini motard outta of hm 50, it just sucks that there is not alot of info online for them, or a place to get parts because i need a one way clutch/ needle bearing assembly for it, if any1 has any pics or info on them i would greatly appreciate it

heres a couple more pics of the ttr 50 with the 110 motor in it after i ran the wiring harness, what apian in the azz it was to get it to fit lol, i still gotta figure something out with the chain, or lower the rear end so the chain doesnt have alot of pressure on the swing arm gaurd

i have to get a one way clutch bearing for it , i was told it it runs faster then the KTM
50's but i did some modifying to it i made a cafe seat outta 16 ga. sheet metal bent it by hand and cut it with tin snips, i made some side pannels,i also got a pair of clubman handle bars for it.... its getting there little by little

Who makes that thing? It is bad ass. I never seen one before.....

I want one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just got a 2003 CRF50 with a 110cc big bore motor and a manual clutch conversion.....

hm or honda montesa made them as far as i can tell they only made them from the late 90's to 02 or 03, the motor is made is made in italy trying to find parts for these are a pain, but i was told some ktm 50 parts will work on it as well, i have never seen another one of these as well

Real sweet find bro!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bet it rips..........

thanks man, i gotta get a one way clutch bearing for it, then ill be able to fire it up, i did get it to fire for a few seconds before the bearing went, it sounded like a pissed off bumble bee haha, it should be a sweet project, i have an older friend that cafe raced vintage bikes and he was letting me in on some info how to stiffen up the suspension, and for the forks you use some pvc pipe and a washer to compress the for springs so the front end wont quad down so much cornering or braking ect...

i ordered a set or rear sets for the cafe racer they are off from an 01 yamaha r1 i am going to build up a pair of brackets on the back part of the frame, and built the pegs to that
