YZ 80 or 85?? VIN LOCATION TROUBLE HELP

I just bought a YZ 80 or 85 i have no idea what bike it really is.
Can anyone tell me where the vin number is located on the bike? and be specific dont just tell me its on the neck on the right side because i looked there and i cannot find it. i believe the bike was painted over and vin was covered up. Does anyone else know of any other spots on the bike that wud have it?

thats the only place it would be, u better sand it off a little. if there isnt one im afraid to say u bought a STOLEN BIKE. lol ive had those times to man it sucks. time to buy a new frame!

There might be a vin on the motor somewhere or on the cylinder it should say what cc it is

what year is it?they didnt make the 85 til like 02 or 03 i believe

If your on the bike on the left side of the cylinder it should say cc size, the yz80 has a more curve in the pipe then a yz85,and the if your on the bike the vin should be on the neck on the right side
