I've got a 96 yz 250 in my blaster frame and I keep cracking the frame. Does anyone have any pics of rubber mounting the motor to the frame? Thanks

Otis did a rubber mount YZ250 with lots of pictures.
Do a search for it, or I just recommend reading everything he has ever written!
Basically he found not a huge gain for a lot of work.

The motor in these frames is a stressed member, it becomes part of the frame and
needs to be solid in the frame or you will have a heck of a lot of torque trying to bend
and crack the frame. You need 3 or 4 mount points and they have to be solid and
the bolts have to be tight. Yes, 45 hp does vibrate more than 17 hp, that is to be expected.
It doesn't destroy motocross bike frames so why is it destroying yours?
Something is not connected right.

My Blaster has a 2003 SX250 for about a year now.
No cracks, some pipe damage, the pipe was poorly mounted.
