I have a 99 blaster bored .20 has a pro circuit exhaust and stage 1 jet it fires up on one kick and runs good but it won't idle and when you're riding it as soon as you hit full throttle it kills it and it back fires a lot but with half choke it runs great but still won't idle

leak test! what size jets are you running? also jet kits almost never contain the jet sizes you need it is better to buy the jets individually

If it idles better with the choke out, that means its lean. You have to figure out if you have an airleak, or if The carb is set up properly for you mods.

With your setup, a stock carb would be best. Make sure its cleaned well, Floats set 20-21.5mm, 32.5 pilot jet, the air screw should be set 1.5 turns out from lightly seated, and a main jet should be 280-300 range.

Jet kits never have the jets you need, and are way over priced, You can buy those individual ones for probably under $20.

Backfiring is sometimes a caused by a bad set of reeds, or a flywheel that has sheered a key that's not letting it fire at the right time.

1st on your original issue
1.leak test[if you get an air leak it will eventually fry the top end]member awk08 sells leak testers and there are threads on how to perform the test.
2.Clean carb really good[running better with choke/1/2 choke is a sighn of too much air or not enough fuel]
3.while carb is off record jet sizes and get back to us so some 1 can give you a baseline on jetting
4.also inspect reeds for warping, cracking or chipping while carb is off
As for your no spark issue
1.check all wiring for breaks/shorts/loose or dirty connections
2.make sure all grounds are clean/connected
3. try unplugging any kill switches then checking for spark
4.check to make sure that plug boot is secure on end of plug wire[if wire is long enough also try pulling boot cutting 1/4 inch off of plug wire and threading boot back on]
5.if these fail there is a manuel free to down load on here some where follow the manuels directions on how to test your stator
Oh and welcome to bf
