Will Start with starting fluid then dies

I have an 00 blaster. I have replaced the top end, rebuilt the carb, installed new reeds, installed a new car ignition coil, new packing in the exhaust and cleaned the air box. After all this the motor will fire with starting fluid but will not stay running. Has anyone have a clue?

It's not getting fuel, but the question is why not? Did you get all the crud out of the carb when you installed the rebuild kit? The seat is totally clean? Did you install the new needle?
Also, sometimes it's the obvious stuff like did you turn on the fuel valve? Pull the fuel line off the carb to make sure fuel is flowing? Verify that fuel is getting into the bowl?

Starting fluid has no lubrication for your engine.
