Where is my idle screw ?

Trying to adjust idle so I can get the air screw all set up right but I’m not sure where the idle is exactly , it doesn’t have tors

Air screw is 2 o'clock from the fuel inlet.
Idle screw goes in hole 10 o'clock from fuel. You have to drill and tap that hole.
