trailblazer 250 gets 5 mpg but runs good what could it be

Hi everyone my wife has a tb 250 . Had it out 4x We have noticed it is sucking a lot of gas we think only the last two trips but maybe all along. It doesnt leak fuel. It runs great. Almost pulls front wheels. never once have smelled fuel.

I thought maybe theit float needle is vibrating / leaking and richening at high speed.
Anyone had a 2 stroke develop poor fuel mileage problem?

My blaster uses little fuel.

Any 2 stroke being driven at high throttle openings will be very poor in MPG.
