i see the elimination threads and everyone eliminating it

but how does it work when properly functioning?

is it something that would be active if you were at wot for too long on a strait-away?

does anyone bother to investigate/diagnose the system or just delete to save a headache

how would one know if their tors system 'kicked in' while riding?

tors is a over ride system if your carb slide gets sticky and decides not to close. it shuts the engine off to save you a accident! but its more bother than its worth. im also one of the people that emliminated it but im also upgrading my carb . if yours is working properly then it fines but if its not revving possibly can be the tors . thats what was wrong with mines mines wasn't revving so i got rid of it.
