TORS Eliminator it..do I still need idle??

you will definitely need the idle screw kit. it is a pretty simple install. i have done a couple. the place where the idle screw goes, make sure you machine or file that edge flat instead of it's current angle so that the jam nut has a flat surface to tighten against. i was able to use a small spring in place of the jam nut on one carb.

also, in that listing, it tells you this... "NOTE: Kits eliminate stock carb tops with idle adjustment and automatic kill switch. For normal idle, use Motion Pro kit 08-0045". what you have is Part Number: 01-0351.

One can adjust the idle by adjusting the cable but when you turn the handlebars the revs will increase due to cable tightening.

Its also 100x easier to take the carb out of the blaster if you have to for some reason, i always took off the gas tank when it have the block...

Use a file, its the only safe thing to put that close to your carb i would say...

I used a small round diamond bit on my carb, but hopefully you wont have the problam i had
