I put air in the tires about 2 years ago, took a spin around the block. Did an endo, bounced on the front pegs for a few.

i got a diamond back viper right know like made in 96 but not a big fan of them
my favorite 1 i had was a mongoose solution/pro it was all aluminum light as a feather
and cost 500 dollars back in 96-97 it was my favorite 1 i ever owned
long before me taking pics or videos of anything lol
and yes i dont need to be on crutches again getting old

I remember back in the late 80's, I always wanted a Mongoose Californian. That's when they weren't a crappy Walmart company. I still see them here and there online, but those Californian's still are pricey. They had an all polished cro moly frame....that was my dream bike
I remember the mongoose having a 3 piece crank which cost like 150 bucks to buy it separate
the mongoose aluminum frames had a issue with the frames cracking because they were made for racing
yet people were jumping them like me lol.
I had to have the shop replace the frame they ended up giving me the pro frame which was like 200 bucks more
beacause of the frame issues.They asked me if i went off curb i said no
although i was launching it high in the air doing 360's
never had a problem after frame was replaced though

No one in my town had a 3 piece crank on their bike. If someone's bike did, it would have been riding up in the front of the pack with the gyro. Everyone wanted both, but only 1 kid had a gyro, and we were all in awe at it.
The bike shop that was close to us mostly sold Ross pirahanas. I was an odd man out with the General, and this one dude whose parents bought him anything he wanted had a Hutch Trickstar. That was a bad ass bike.

Good news is I am back to the blue Yamaha team. Today I brought a 05 Raptor 350RT.
Having a hard time finding a service manual for it.
