I use to ride at The Farm when I lived in Missouri. The owner is Dwight Buress and he is very laid back. There's alot of hills creeks and does have a track. I can post some pics next time I go. You have to where a helmet on a atv 3wheeler or dirt bike. UTV or trucks etc. don't need a helmet
