sputtering right after hitting powerband

my blaster is sputtering right after it hits powerband. It doesnt do it every time it gets into powerband. I know its not the carb because i jetted it correctly already and it ran perfect. It has a basically new stator in it. It stopped sputtering for a bit after i put a new plug in but now its doing it again. could it be the stator or flywheel or a bad ignition coil?

what mods and main jet was used ?
needle clip in middle slot ?
airscrew adjusted correctly for highest idle ?

float height correct ?
good flow to carb ?
fuel cap vent good and working ? (loosen cap 1/2 turn and ride to check)

check the black wire ground at the coil for good connection to bare frame, clean all connections at stator, coil and CDI.
unscrew plug boot, cut 1/2" off wire and screw boot back on, or new boot from auto store for like $6

what stator was used ?
some cheapies have been known to be bad right out of the box

First determine whether it's a bad plug( fouled again situation). Get another new plug b8es ngk and gap it to factory specs! Make a fast pass all the way up through the 6th gear, let it cool, remove the plug. What's it look like. Plug clean? Or dirty? Simple right ?

got it running good now. it was just bad electrical connections
