I know this is a couple months old but that bumper looks pretty sweet!!! Did you end up polishing it?

No i didnt really polish it, i just rubbed it down with a 3M Scotch-Brite Fine Pad.
That's gunna happen, but looks besides the small crack, that they did they're job and held together just fine.
Time to fix the bumper!

I made a new upper and lower bumper mount!
Im also going to raise the bumper up about 2" and forward about 1". The lower mount is finished, but the upper mount is just roughed in on the large size and will get cut down a little when i find out where on it im welding the bumper to.

Nice fab skills, I wish I could tig weld but i can't, I only know mig(wire) and stick (arc). This is my dirt bike stand I made. 
Yes i do all my aluminum with the tig. I do have a push-pull aluminum gun for the Millermatic but i dont like it.
That is a sweet stand dude! My brother is going to make one in the coming weeks from aluminum in class for his kx.
