Pro Circuit exaust still leaking from header

Alright so I have all the gaskets and just took my pipe apart 3 times and replaced the OEM orange colored ring washer with a crush washer and the oil is still spitting out if the header and all over my frame/dripping down the case. The leak is now mainly coming from the underside of where it meets the header not sure if its that piece between
also i bought permatex and waited the 24 hours and it still goes past

dont know what else to do any help
have full pro circuit exaust

Could be a couple things.

How's the reeds?
Jetted correctly?
Double check float level.

Carb could be dumping extra fuel into the cylinder and leaking out the exhaust.

scrape some off and smell it. Is it 2-stroke, or gear oil. Worst case could be a crank seal going out. Far and few between, but still possible.

replaced reeds with boyesen's
carb is clean

Use some copper rtv to seal between the pipe and the flange.
