Power problems

Hey guys so I got a blaster a couple of weeks ago, it seemed pretty powerful playing around in the street but this weekend I went to a track and it felt weak. Like it spluttered and hit powerband for maybe 2 seconds where the bike would bound away and then it would drop back to stuttering. I've cleaned the carb and air filter, it has fuel and the mixture is 1:40
Any ideas?

32:1 is the blasters preferred mix

clean carb.... check.....
carb cleaner ?
blow out jets with compressed air ?
did you check or change float height while in there ?

could be reeds or electrical

pull the carb again and look in there with a flashlight to check for all 4 reeds present, or pull reedcage to check for cracks/chips

unscrew plug boot, cut 1/2" wire off, rescrew boot, or a new NGK screw on boot one from most auto stores would be better.
and new NGK B8ES plug
