Please help

I have a 2001 blaster I've just recently installed new top end kit piston rings cylinder etc it will crank and run when in neutral but when I try to ride it it barely moves like it's not getting fuel or something it will tach up when it's in neutral but not when trying to ride I'm racking my brim trying to figure out what it is please help

Was it a cheap ebay kit / cylinder? Or did you get the stock blaster cylinder honed to the piston.

Leak test?
Compression test?

Yes it's just eBay stock bore kit I don't have a compression tester but it does have good compression when I kick it over
