Just bought a wiseco 66mm piston for a standard top end and now the engine has a knock inside. May it be that it needed a bigger piston not sure. Please help.

Did you get the cylinder measured?
You cannot just throw another piston in without when the old one is stuffed, You have to get the cylinder measured and machined for the next size piston.

And did you do the right Break in for the new piston.

What other parts did you replace?
