i have a ? to ask you ? i think i have something lodge in my motor when i kick start it the crank will not make a full turn sound like it hitting something in my motor but my piston is good nothing is messing from it but when i kick it over it will not turn (MY CRANK) everything else is fun what you thank holla back at please

i have had an inkling about an improper spark plug. try pulling the plug and trying to turn it over?

if it sounds like it's hitting something, i would hesitate to consider bearings. bearings would be tight through the entire stroke. if your plug is the correct plug, and it's stopping with the head completely off, i'd say you're at the point where you need to split the case and take a look...

If you can, remove the jug & take a look down inside...

I had this issue when I melted a piston, this little tiny piece was down under the crank & it wouldnt turn over.. I used an air compressor to blow it out.. No problems since.
