Need Help with Power of Blaster

Hey guys this is my first thread

Im looking for some help i bought a 1998 blaster 200 yesterday it starts fine i premix my oil 32:1 but when me and my friend race his (200 blaster 200) then he pull the sh*t out of me hes engine is stock nothing extra what part in my engine can i replace i already tried carb cleaning

What pipes are you guys running?
Air filter clean?

Jetted correctly?
Good compression?
Gearing the same?
These all play a part in the performance of your blaster
