hi im new to this and got a 2000 blaster oil pump wasn't working and blew up i was woundering if adding the block off kit if i need to change my jets i got stock exuste and bored to 67.5

You will possibly find that you need to purge the air from the oil lines.

How did the pump blow up, what happened to it?

If you pre mix at 32:1 you may need to increase the main jet one size, but plug chop to confirm.

If you have just obtained the bike, it would pay to leak test the engine as often an air leak occurs and the pump gets the blame because the piston cooks.
