The is this cover that looks like a dip stick right by the kick starter on my 1997 blaster what goes in it it's on the motor and I don't know what goes inside it's some kind of liquid

Transmission fluid/oil. Little sight glass on clutch cover should be on middle for proper level.
There's a download service manual in the engine section.
IF you go to change it use proper wrench in drain plug.
