Head light is really dim

I put my headlight on my 2000 blaster yestarday started it up and turned it on worked and everything but was very dim in both high and low beem idk what the problem is my taillight works fine.

Does it become brighter off idle, mine does.

Mine also is very dim, then gets brighter as the rpm's go up.
