hard time getting into neutral

Hey, I noticed that my bike is hard to get into neutral while its running....it seems to want to go straight from first to second...if i shut the bike off it goes directly into neutral..my buddy has the same problem with his blaster...
(Im not an idiot who cant find neutral)...some times i can get it by hand but by foot it just wants to click straight to second.

Most likely its you (no offense) If its not however pull of your clutch cover and get look at the shift shaft, and the stars on it.

Is your clutch adjusted correctly and tranny fluid level good?

clutch needs to be adjusted, i had the same issue with my 250x my black blaster and now my 250r trike.. adjust the clutch and it will be fine, you may not notice but your clutch is dragging slightly thats why its hard to get nuetral

Also a chain too tight will make it a real pain to find neutral.

i assume its my clutch...everyone who has rode my bike has had the same problem...like i said before..im not an idiot who dosent know where neutral is.. the bike used to be fine but now it feels like its in a bind and will slam into second...ill get the manual out and adjust the clutch...

I just recently just bought a older blaster and have the same problem and I'm gonna try and adjust the clutch cable tomorrow and see from there? Would buying a new clutch cable fix this problem as well?

just make sure that #1 (clutch arm) lines up with #2 on the cases in this pic
