After making the mistake of letting my friend who has no idea how to shift, ride my spare atv(99suzuki 250quadrunner), it now will hardly shift. I literally have to stand on the shifter to make it change gears, and sometimes it won't shift at all. I think it may be either he burnt the clutch out, or messed up the shift forks. Just wondering what everyone thinks it may be so I can narrow down the problem and fix it. Thanks in advance.
