i have a chance to get a yz250 engin and i just got a extra blaster frame how is it pulling out on a hill ???? is it as easy as a blaster ? cause i did a RM125 engin swap it was all hacked up but boy it was quick but kinda hard to pull out...

that looks awesome..im getting ready to do same swap just curious what you used for a radiator? The cr has twin radiators

Hey,
I am about to start the same build with a 93 cr250r motor on my 1999 blaster!
Where did you mount the radiators?
How was it fitting the exhaust as well!
Thew build looks great I am looking forward to getting mine going!

This is an old thread you resurrected, but whut da heck!
I doubt the original poster will reply. Any luck YZOTIS is still around or look up his posts.
He was a big help to me.

I put a 2003 KTM 250SX in my Blaster, most powerful KTM made, claimed over 50hp.
Yup, it will climb hills of flip over trying. Count on extending your swingarm 3-4".

I used a Kawi Bayou 250 rad mounted to tabs mig welded to the frame.
Exhaust was a nightmare. Sectioned and twisted and rewelded to fit.
