Carb needle

    Plug still getting soaked. Floats set at 19.5mm, 230 main, needle is on 2nd clip, all brand new. Brand new vforce 4 reeds. ‍♂️‍♂️‍♂️

    stop chasing carb issues seeings how that's all you are chasing. According to your threads.
    Perhaps try a different approach.
    WHAT IS YOUR ISSUE WITH THIS AIR COOLED 2-STROKE?????

    I'm chasing carb issues because that's the issue..lol..smh.. either it floods out, or dnt get enough fuel. There's no inbetween..no matter how I adjust it..

    Set the float to 21mm.

    Clean the needle and seat with a Q tip dipped in toothpaste revolving it to remove the varnish buildup.

    Does the tang on the float have a dimple where it touches the needle...

    Check your float for sticking. Flip it slowly from right side up, to upside down. Should be able to hear the float "klink" when it goes from right side up to upside down.
