Hey guys I bought a 03 blaster and the guy claims it's bored out but can't prove it is there a way that I can find out.

Being bored out does not improve performance. It simply allows you the ability to rebuild the engine with out having to replace the cylinder.

The only way to tell is by removing the head and check the size of your piston.

you can read the piston if the person bought the right 1
or you can measure the cylinder a few different ways
stock bore is 66mm you would need to remove cylinder head to see piston size numbers.
And remove cylinder to properly measure cylinder
