Hi. First things first, please use grammatically correct English, not that cheap text message stuff. Your answer wil come alot faster.

Check the compression, peek in on the reeds, and also check to make sure that the woodruff key that alignes the flywhel isn't sheared.

What caused you to change the piston in the first place? Did you diagnose a problem beforehand that caused you to do as such?

May I venture to ask what a "head reskimmed" is?

Read up on leak testing and plug chops. Also check compression. You threw in a piston, you might have the wrong piston!

Was the cylinder measured fo out of round and taper.

Has the carb been re jetted for the pipe.

Have you leak tested the engine.

Did you heat cycle and re torque head and cylinder bolts before you rode it.

Is the exhaust sealed well.

Have you set the float level.

By the backfire is the engine flooded with fuel, is the plug very wet.

Im guessing those are all "no" and the last one hasnt been checked...
