I just took my engine apart and replaced the stator side crank seal. I took the top end off because I was thinking about splitting the cases. I decided not to. The rings looked good. The piston had a lot of black buildup on the top.
The top fo the cylinder looked this way also. I put everything back together.
It would not idle at first and it lost some power. But we rode it that day and it ran good just would not idle. It is still not running like it was when I took it apart. Yesterday it started smoking like crazy and it will not quit. I changed the plug and that did not help. I tried air leak testing it and I could not get it to hold any pressure at all. But Im not sure I had the exhaust plugged good.
My blaster is smoking way more than normal and Im afraid to ride it. Does anyone have any advice?
