Blaster bogs out in and after 2nd gear.

My quad will start and run fine in 1st gear but 2nd it bogs out. Any info? And kick starter is stuck. Any suggestions on that too?

Any mods to your blaster? Could be jetting.
Fresh fuel, clean air filter, float adjusted correctly ...........
